Corn Pudding Recipe

With the help of store-bought corn muffin mix and canned corn, this American classic side dish can be done in the snap of a finger!


  • 1 large egg
  • 1(14.75 oz) can cream-style sweet corn
  • 1(15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients first. Then add the dry ingredients and combine until mixed through. Transfer to an 8 x 10 greased baking dish.
  3. Cook uncovered for 45-60 minutes or until lightly browned.
