This incredibly thick, rich, and flavorful Spanish-style hot chocolate is nothing like the powder you mix with water; it doesn't even come close. Perfect for warming a chilly winter day and the best accompaniment for your churros.

Notes:

-If you are using dark chocolate, I recommend adding some sugar; otherwise, it will be a bit bitter. The amount of sugar you add will depend on how sweet you would want your hot chocolate.

-If you are using milk chocolate, I don't recommend adding any sugar because the milk chocolate will be sweet enough, but again, this depends on how sweet you want your hot chocolate to be.

-Personally, I enjoy adding a pinch of instant coffee to my hot chocolate or anything that has chocolate really because, in my opinion, it makes them more chocolaty and delicious.

-You can add more cornstarch if you wish your hot chocolate to have a much more thicker consistency.
