Tzatziki Sauce

Learn how to make Greek tzatziki sauce. This delicious and refreshing sauce is made with plain greek yogurt and shredded cucumber. It takes just minutes to make, and it can be enjoyed with pretty much everything!

Ingredients

• 5.3 oz plain greek yogurt
• 1/3 cup cucumber, grated
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, grated
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 tablespoon honey
• juice from half a lemon
• salt, to taste

Instructions

1. Start by grating the cucumber. Lightly squeeze the shredded cucumber to remove as much liquid as possible.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Taste and add more of the ingredients as desired.
3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to consume.

Notes:

Tzatziki sauce keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
