Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1 lb. chicken, (I use bone-in drums and thighs); salt and pepper, to taste; 1 tablespoon Goya adobo all-purpose seasoning; 1/2 onion, chopped; 1/2 red pepper, chopped; 3 cloves garlic, minced; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano; 1 packet Sazon Goya with culantro and achiote; 1/2 cup light beer, such as Corona; 4 oz. tomato sauce; 1 tablespoon fresh parsley; 1/2 cup peas; 2 cups white rice, rinsed and drained; 3 cups chicken stock or water; 1-2 bay leaves

This recipe looks amazing! In your video you used fresh tomatoes, I don't see it the written recipe? Also, I am making this for 16 people, what size pan do you recommend?
